 " You may or may not be aware of the fact that you can recover your bank and credit/store card charges.  There is currently a landmark case in the  courts which will make the ruling in the next few weeks whether or not 

current account charges are lawful. It is imperative that you place your  application to recover your charges in the queue NOW!    However, you  can claim back your charges for your credit/store cards now.  The landmark

case applies to current accounts and not credit/store cards.
